Here are 3 ways to have a great week . . .

It is Monday and we always believe something wonderful will happen so here are three ways to have a great week from The Whine Bar by Ally Brown CPC

Take control of your life, lower your stress, and be happier being you…

- Say “no” when it is needed for you, and don’t feel guilty about doing so. It doesn't make you selfish. It doesn't make you a bad person. Your well-being is just as important as that of the person doing the asking. So confidently answer in the way that best serves you.

- Take 10: meditate, go for a walk, or close your eyes and listen to music. Whatever it is, just do you!

- Live in the moment. You don’t want to spend so much time thinking about the future that you miss what’s going on in the present. Think about it, if you think about the future when that future comes, you won’t be able to enjoy it because you will be too busy planning for the next future. Your future will always become your present, so enjoy it while you have it.

Whatever you do, just put some magic in your Monday . . . and in you!
