3 Steps to Success: Realize - Live - Strive

Updated: Dec 6, 2023

Here are 3 ways to have a great week . . .

It is Monday and we always believe something wonderful will happen so here are three ways to have a great week from The Whine Bar by Ally Brown CPC

Set yourself up to achieve what you want to …

- Realize there is no magic bullet. There is no get-rich-quick scheme. There is no way to get anywhere without hard work. Of course, you can hit it big by playing the lottery, but the chances of that occurring and making you amazingly happy overnight are next to impossible. The sooner you realize you need to for what you want, the sooner you will have it. Take responsibility for yourself and where you want to be, and don't leave it to chance.

- Live your life your way. Your mom, dad, friend, partner, or cat do not need to approve of what you want to do in your life, or how you live your life. Stop looking for approval and you will be on the right path. Wondering whether or not you are on the right path? Ask yourself one question, "Am I living the life I want?". If you answer yes, congrats, you are on the right path. If you answer no, then you may want to give things a second, or even a third thought as some changes may need to be made. Trust yourself a bit more and you’ll soon realize you actually do know what's best for you.

- Strive for progress, not perfection. If you constantly are waiting for the perfect moment, or to be in the right financial situation, you may be waiting for quite some time. And all you will be doing is the same thing that you have been doing, the same thing that made you unhappy/stressed/frustrated to start with. Instead, break it down into smaller goals that are more achievable in the shorter term but will inevitably lead you to where you want to be. Even the smallest steps will keep you focused on where you are going. Each win will remind you of the success you are capable of achieving. Whatever you do, just put some magic in your Monday . . . and in you!
