My Certification as a Professional Coach is only one of the many I have.
My education and my experience combined with my extensive knowledge of customer service and leadership will make you feel more seen, heard, understood and encouraged than you ever have.
We will utilize a customized approach to fit your specific needs. I will utilize curiosity and compassion and provide a safe space for you to share your fears, anxieties and dreams.
We will meet on a consistent basis for deep, strategic, and action-focused coaching. On a case-by-case basis, any virtual sessions can be recorded so you can review and deepen your understanding through repetition of our sessions at your convenience. You will receive customized intensive thought work to explore your core beliefs, your cementing stories, and the underlying emotions that are hidden deep inside of you. Depending on your needs, your sessions may include verbal and/or written assignments, resources, "homework" and much much more. This will help to streamline our focus, hold us accountable and monitor your progress towards your goals. You'll also have access to me outside of your virtual sessions via email and/or text to answer any questions, keep you motivated, and help you reframe any challenges that may come up.
This is an investment in you and the cost is dependent upon your needs and goals.

We will redirect negative emotions, challenge harmful beliefs and address what habits are causing your confidence to be in the garbage. We will put your inner critic in a cage and lock the door.
